When did the company change its name?
royalblue group plc changed its name to Fidessa group plc following shareholder approval at the AGM held in April 2007. The change of name took effect on 1 May 2007.
How does the company’s name change affect shareholders?
Share certificates bearing the company’s former name, royalblue group plc will remain valid however, if you would like a replacement certificate bearing the name of Fidessa group plc, please write to our registrars stating this request and enclosing your existing certificate. Our registrars’ details are as follows: Equiniti Limited, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA.
Dividends will continue to be paid in the usual way either directly to the shareholders bank account or by cheque as requested by the shareholder.
Please note that our ticker has been changed from ryb to fdsa.
