Fidessa provides complete support for the mid-office Electronic Trade Confirmation (ETC) business flows for block level or allocation level for Japanese ECN clients as well as OASYS Global (Workstation and Direct), FIX and manual level confirms over Fax, Telex, Email, Web-Browser and formatted c.s.v. files.

Client profiles are used to determine the primary and secondary confirmation services used, the fax/telex templates, number of faxes and delivery addresses. A complete sub-account database is maintained with individual funds linked to parent funds linked to parent groups.

Each block trade is split into several individual fund allocations, either electronically from the client interface or manually by the operator. Once entered, commission and charges are calculated using the Fidessa charge calculator, delivery instructions and textual notes are added and these are then affirmed with the client.

Through the entire business process full audit trails are maintained, failures or breaks are highlighted for user intervention, and performance timers can be applied to ensure the client’s expectations are met.
