Fidessa recognises and accepts its corporate responsibilities towards the environment, its employees, and the local communities in which it operates as well as the wider global community.

The Group naturally meets all legal and regulatory requirements, considering them as minimum acceptable standards, to be exceeded wherever practical.

Fidessa is committed to a continuous improvement culture led by the Operations Director, responsible for our environmental policy and its implementation, who actively looks for cost-effective ways of monitoring our environmental impact.

We focus on:

Reducing the waste we produce, encouraging recycling particularly in the use of paper, electrical and electronic equipment
Taking reasonable steps to ensure that we purchase supplies from reputable sources who have appropriate policies and practices
Disposing of waste in an environmentally sensitive manner
Adopting energy efficient practices wherever possible

We have adopted a code of conduct including a code of ethics that encourages our employees to follow principles of good business and social behaviour. This is published to all employees and is available to outside organisations.

We participate in and support the local communities where we work, as we believe this benefits Fidessa as well as the local communities.
